I am the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 and, by submitting information to the Published Authors’ website for the purposes of producing a fundraising cookbook, including but not limited to recipe texts (the Materials), to Applegate Education Pty Ltd trading as Published Authors (ABN 69 101 457 845):

• I warrant that that the Materials embody either my or my child’s work and that your use and exploitation of the Materials will not infringe copyright or contravene any other applicable laws (including but not limited to trade practices, fair trading, trade mark, passing off and trade secrets laws). If the materials are based on a recipe from another source, then I have acknowledged this source.
• I accept that I, and not Applegate Education Pty Ltd trading as Published Authors, are responsible for all text submitted to this website and subsequently published in any resulting fundraising cookbook.
• I agree that you may publish details about me, my child and other related or affiliated individuals as submitted in the Materials, the website forms and any related submissions made by me or my child.
• I agree that you may keep this submission on file.
  On behalf of the child, I also hereby assign copyright in the Materials to you.
